Back Order Policy

When any item is backordered, we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives. However, if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder. Your payment amount will also be refunded at that time, and you will have the option to reorder the item.

Return/Damage Policy:

Contact us at info@paganrealms.com. In the subject line, type RETURNS with the following information: Invoice number and the reason for the return.  If an item arrives damaged, please include a picture(please no zip files). 

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” clearly written on the outside of the box, along with an RMA #, which you will receive when you contact us. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.

Pagan Realms accepts returned items purchased less than 3 months ago that are in resalable condition. Oils transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in resalable condition. Discontinued items are not credited.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over 3 months will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Due to increased shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees incurred by a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

 

Sales Tax

Pagan Realms is required to charge Massachusetts sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Massachusetts. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxes) on orders shipped to any other state or outside the country.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, pricing error, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct it.

Information on our website is updated daily and will always be the most current information available. 

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up-to-date. Be sure to keep an eye on the "New Items" category on our website, as we constantly add new items to replace those we have discontinued.

International Orders and Regional Laws

Before placing an international order, please check first that the item can be shipped to your area. Certain merchandise cannot be shipped internationally due to weight restrictions. It is the purchaser's responsibility to understand and pay all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty for packages ordered and shipped internationally. FedEx and UPS charge their own brokerage fees, which we have no control over. These fees are billed in addition to any duty and tax.

All items sold and distributed by Pagan Realms are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
